So Katie called me last night asking for advice on what move to make next in her life. I stopped her and asked, "why would you ask me for advice?" Her response was, "because you have been through this already!" After talking to her I thought about my life and how her and I are in completely different stages of it. I am no longer a college student who moves every year and takes different classes every semester. I am settled in my job and I am settled in my life. I think I just forget that I am an adult sometimes.
I am so excited for Katie and the exciting things she gets to do! I am also so excited for me and the exciting things I get to do. I am going house hunting today and am feeling so grown up and so young at the same time!
