I was standing in the cafeteria today waiting for my kids to get through the lunch line when I started up a conversation with a boy in one of the other 4th grades. When I teach him p.e. I notice that he dances a lot and sings a lot so I was asking him if he wanted to do that when he grows up. He said that he did. I told him he could try out for American Idol when he was 16. I then told him to remember me when he becomes famous so he can introduce me to cool people. He turned to me and said, "but when I try out you will already be dead."
I laughed really hard so then he tried to save himself by saying, "Or you will just be a really old lady."
Please keep in mind that when he is 16 I will only be 30. I love little kids.

heehee, little kids are wonderful. John David cried for me the other day after I left. There is nothing sweeter than the love of pure, perfect little children. Hugs, mom
