I never forget!

So my family knows that I have a freak memory for numbers. I remember everyone's birthdays and anniversaries and all that fun stuff. I once helped my uncle set up our extended family website and I knew his own kids' birthdays better than he did. ;) Knowing this, my family should know that I would not forget my parent's 27th anniversary. There was just so excitement about me getting my first teaching job on the same day that my mind was elsewhere. So here is the blog just for them.
Yay for 27 years and here is to 27 more! Wow we are old. ;)

you got a mouse in your pocket? We are not old. We are only as old as we feel and our "future is as bright as our faith." Okay, somedays we feel a little old but that's our fault. Another 27 puts us at 54 years of wedded bliss so that will be no problem. You know that your dad and I have always talked about renegotiating our marriage contract at year 75 (hee-hee) The Joke there is that we probably won't be able to see or hear one another so all will be just fine. Hee Hee..... I guess if you had to explain it, it wasn't a good joke. Thank you Karlie, this anniversary will always be a special one for us because you got your teaching job. Hugs, mom
