So today one of my students looked at me with concern, raised his hand, and asked, "Ms. Jones, why are you always smiling?" I laughed and then it went silent because I didn't know what to say. I have always been a smiler. On my mission some old guy that we taught called me smiley every time I saw him. I guess I just love to smile and I absolutely love to laugh. My brother know this, but just about anything will make me laugh. I think almost anything is funny. I thought about it some more and then told Keaton that I smile a lot because I enjoy teaching his class. That seemed to satisfy his need for an answer...but it didn't quite satisfy mine. I guess it doesn't matter why I smile so much...I just like to do it!
